Each player is permitted to hold only one 59ace account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirements where applicable.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 59ace platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 59ace reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 59ace may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
59ace is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
59ace reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account approval does not constitute a waiver of 59ace's right to subsequently close an account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 59ace account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
59ace shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify 59ace of a security breach.
59ace accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page. Accepted methods may change from time to time. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
All transactions on the 59ace platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 59ace is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or bank conversion fees.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 59ace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Anti-Money Laundering: 59ace is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All deposits are subject to monitoring. 59ace reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that are under review, suspended, or subject to an active investigation.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from fraud. 59ace reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page. 59ace reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to process large withdrawals in instalments where necessary for operational or regulatory reasons.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only the real-money portion of a Player's balance is available for withdrawal prior to meeting wagering requirements, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 59ace's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 59ace account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 59ace platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 59ace support team. 59ace will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction.
